I don't really have much to say about them aside from that they could use to be more beastly. Dangerous unnatural forces to be reckoned with.Īnd that's all I have for the Huntsmen, now onto the Crowmen. Like holy water arrows for the undead in Thief. They already look creepy enough, why not add to it with unnatural behavior? But there could also be a certain item you have to use to kill these things permanently. But they won't pursue you or become alert but will instead go back to their patrol routes. Because of that you could make it so that they get back up after a certain amount of time after you kill them. The Huntsmen don't strike me as human or living for that matter because of their glowing eyes and the sounds they make. A turret, if you will with much longer range and a path to said sniper even if it's up in some tower far ways off.Īs a side note, because of the survival horror elements, emphasis on horror, you could make them more supernatural. Get close to the laser and the sniper will see you regardless of how lit the area is because magic laser sight or something, but it won't pursue you. Any firearms video will show you that.Įither that or have another type armed with some sort of sniper rifle with a visible magic laser sight indicating their sight. Who knows, this might be the first game where shotguns are more true to real life because shotguns do actually have good range and not even remotely as much spread as most games would have you believe. A middle ground if you will, someone who does less damage than the other two but can attack both in range and melee.īut to balance this you would have to make the axe wielding ones more lethal in melee combat, make them harder to block or something and give the shotgun wielders more range and damage than the revolvers. The two types right now are either armed with a shotgun or an axe and I would suggest a third one who carries maybe a rapier and a revolver. They remind me a lot of the ghost people in the Dead Money DLC for Fallout New Vegas.Īlthough they could maybe use a third kind of type. Hell, you might have suggestions far better than mine after reading this.įirst of the Huntsmen, I don't have have a problem with them visually. Fingers crossed that the Xbox version of Stray would get a similar physical release.I have yet to play the demo but I thought I could throw my two cents in on some enemy suggestions and my personal opinions on the current ones from what I've seen. There was also a physical edition for the PlayStation version from iam8bit, alongside a copy of the game’s soundtrack on vinyl.

Stray was released for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam back in July of last year. Players will also defend against unforeseen threats and solve the mysteries of this decaying cybercity inhabited by nothing but unassuming droids and dangerous creatures. B12 will assist the player in solving the puzzles you’ll come across on your journey. Along the way, you’ll be untangling an “ancient mystery”.Įventually, the cat meets up with and befriends a small flying drone called B12. One such cat is the game’s protagonist, which has become separated from its family, and is trying to find a way out of the city. Stray is set in a future where humans have presumably gone extinct, and what remains of society is run by machines. No release date has been announced as of yet.
